Best 10mm on the market but not the best of weapons … Most base weapon values have been redone.
The Laser Rifle and its upgrade do 30-60 damage.
Note that not many weapons that weren't in Fallout have been given an accuracy bonus, but at least you can't lose one by upgrading something (unless you call trading in your old Minigun for the Avenger variety an upgrade). I noticed some folks have trouble getting into older Fallout -games due to learning curve and roughy difficulty in early game. The first 2 I would recommend, anyway, and the Unarmed tag will give you a useful means of defending yourself until you find that first energy weapon.
